Below, New York once again graces us with her opinion on this week's episode. She says her piece on Bootz, Krazy's demo and getting back on the horse (for the first time) after the jump.

Girls don't seem to scare you, but horses are another matter. Did this episode capture your first time on a horse?

Yes, it was the first time. It's a little embarrassing but when I found out I had to get on the horse, my mind unfortunately flashed to Christopher Reeve. I'm like, "Oh s***, this is huge. I don't know if this horse is going to turn on me or if this horse already doesn't like me." I was very, very nervous.

You said that you don't do well with any animals, large or small.

Well, you know, domestic animals are fine. I love cats and dogs, but anything outside of that, no. I don't think I could warm up to a goat or a pig. Anything like that I'm fearful of.

Bootz said you were trying to get on her good side during the wine-tasting date.

Oh, absolutely, it's all part of my perfect strategy to get these girls to open up to me and not feel like I'm against them. It's all part of my plan. Whoever I was going to go away with, whether it was Krazy or Deelishis or Bootz, I was going to play that friend role. Just to get inside the girls' heads. That's all, that's all. Nothing more.

Did you win her trust?

Absolutely! She warmed up to me. We were laughing as we were getting ready for her date. It worked on her.

At dinner, we saw the vulnerable side of New York.

At that point, Flav had not given me any one-on-one time. He was paying a lot of attention to Bootz at the dinner table and my blood was boiling. I was just so upset. He was turning his whole energy over to Bootz. So I was like, you know what? Screw this. I don't have to sit there and feel like this. I wasn't going to take it.

So you were jealous?

I wasn't jealous. I'm never jealous. I felt like Flav was resting on our friendship. Like, "I already know New York. I already know where she's from. I already know her likes and dislikes. So, let me put New York on the back burner and get to know Bootz." He wasn't displaying interest in me because he already knew what I was all about.

So your leaving the table was sort of a nudge for attention?

We could even call it a kick in the crotch. It's like, "Wake up. You called me back in here but you're just going to get to know these other girls and leave me hanging?" He needed to see he was neglecting me on every level.

Do you think Flav could have been testing you?

I didn't think of it as a test at the time, but I can see that. Flav is into me. He wanted to spend time with me, but maybe he wanted to see how I'd react if he put me on the back burner. Was I going to remain cool and patient and wait for him or was I going to be like, "Hey, this is not fair, this is not right"?

It doesn't seem like you to remain cool and patient.

Well, I try. I have my moments when I try to be the bigger person. But my emotions get the best of me. I'm not one for covering up how I feel. Every time is an appropriate time just to keep it real.

Speaking of that, you brought back the steak knife. That was old-school.

My blood was boiling, I was upset. I didn't know what was going to happen.

Did you hear Krazy's song while you were in the house?

I never paid too much attention to the girls, they were secondary, but I think at some point she played her demo in the living room. I was outside, I didn't want to be part of that. But I did hear it. It sucked, it stunk. She is no singer. Mariah Carey, she is not.

Were you happy about Bootz's elimination?

I was glad that Flav cut Bootz because I know that Flav loves strength. He loves a strong woman and Bootz is the type of woman that speaks her mind. I told Flav that earlier on. I knew he would notice her strength and I knew that would work for her. So to see her go, I was so excited. That was good.

You're a strong, confident woman, too. You aren't afraid to rock the rollers whenever. That's very diva.

Well, I knew I could pull it off. I could have my hair up, I could have my hair down, I could have one strand of hair on my head and still be diva-esque. I'm New York -- there's not a badder bitch, in the world, anywhere.
